How to ensure you or your clients are receiving reports via SendSafely (only if using Hook Security's Campaign of the Month service)
Some corporate recipients may be unable to access the SendSafely website after clicking on the SendSafely Secure Link, or attempting to access your SendSafely Dropzone or Personal URL. This is most often caused by a corporate firewall or proxy that is intentionally blocking access SendSafely due to its categorization as an "Online File Storage Website" or "File Sharing Website". This is most often observed at large banks and other financial institutions.
In order for your recipient to access the SendSafely package, their Network Administrator will need to unblock, or permit URLs needed for SendSafely to operate. The recipient should send a request to their Administrator to add the following URLs to their network/firewall whitelist (select applicable URLs for your SendSafely plan):
Pro/Basic/Personal Users:

- https://www-static.sendsafely.com
- https://sendsafely-filestore-prod-us.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com
Enterprise Users:
- https://[INSERT_COMPANY_NAME].sendsafely.com

- https://sendsafely-dual-region-us.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com
- https://sendsafely-dual-region-eu.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com
