How to receive transactional emails.
Since Hook Security is in the business of simulating phishing emails, from time to time, our regular, transactional emails communicating our monthly preview or onboarding emails may be blocked.
In order to address this, a partner may elect to whitelist our transactional IP addresses in addition to our testing and training IP addresses. (What IP addresses should I whitelist?)
Additional IP addresses are below along with a few domains that we recommend you add to your mail client's 'safe sender' list. (We know it is a lot, so focus on the BOLD IP Addresses if you would like to try those first.)
