PORTAL REMINDER: Since we have transitioned from our former application domain (testingcenter.net), we suggest updating your bookmark for the portal to portal.hooksecurity.net going forward. Please be mindful of the new domains (school.hooksecurity.net and portal.hooksecurity.net). You can use your same login credentials at portal.hooksecurity.net to access the portal.
Updates:
Please be aware that now course reminder emails will only be sent for enrollments that are active for 6 months or less. This means that automatic email reminders now have a 6 month expiration and any enrollments created over 6 months ago to the date sill stop receiving the system course reminder emails. This applies to accounts that have the "send course reminder emails" option toggled on in School Settings.
Added Features:
In addition to adding a manger name to a target, you can now add the manager's email to the target record.
When this field is added on a target, it can also be used when creating enrollments so that the target's manager can be included on the enrollment notification emails.
When enabled, the target's manager name and email will be used as the enrollment manager. The enrollment manager will be copied on all enrollment emails to the target.
Portal Changes (Partner Accounts Only):
A "jump into account" button was added for Resellers. When partners click "Go Back to Admin", it will remember the page they were on when they jumped into the subaccount, giving them a quicker way to pick up where they left off in the portal.
